Company History

Our history begins with the experience of our founder and President, Ed Kern. Ed brings over 25 years of Aluminum and Rescreening expertise to the company. Ed has owned and operated several smaller aluminum companies in the past before opening the flourishing rescreening company Screenologist Inc. 

The company has an ongoing history and customer database dating back to 1984 but began doing business as Screenologist Inc. in the spring of 1998. The transformation to Screenologist Inc. came with a change in partnership and in the companies philosophies and long term goals. In 1998 Ed included his two sons, Eddie and Tom, and his wife Kathy in the ownership of the business. Since that time Screenologist Inc. grown to new levels based on new philosophies to become the dynamic company we are today.

Screenologist Inc.'s philosophy is based on the vision of it's founder, Ed Kern. He sees a company built around strong customer service. Screenologist Inc. is a company not merely working to obtain rescreen and repair work. Instead they are striving to achieve a long-standing relationship with their customers, helping them meet their rescreening and repair needs for years to come.
